(a) A Proclamation terminating Military Administration by

repeal of Proclamation I.

(b) An Ordinance continuing those provisions of the

Military Proclamations which it is desired to retain.

An Ordinance of Indemnification.

(a) Orders (under the two Orders in Council made in

connection with the Supplies and Services Act and the Emergency Powers Act) continuing such of the Hong Kong Defence Regulations as are required

or alternatively

A Military Proclamation providing for the continuance of those of the Defence Regulations which it is desired to

retain. The provisions of this Military Proclamation would then be included with those covered by the Ordinance referred to at (b) above.

(e) An Ordinance enabling the Military Tribunals to continue

to function after the restoration of Civil Government, for the purpose of completing the cases which are pending and to provide that commital to Military Courts shall be treated as commital to the Supreme Court.

(It is assumed that jurisdiction to try Proclamation offences will be given in the Ordinance continuing certain provisions of the Proclamations referred to in (b) above.
